This was the theme for the day from pastor Nkhabelane from Mabula Gospel Outreach Church and this massage come from the book of Romans 12 v 4-8. It was a great day for us all because we have learned that we have to take the responsibility on our own and not to wait to be pushed like a wheelbarrow. This lesson was a challenging lesson because it had help us to can introspect our self to know exactly where we belong or which part in the team do we play. Because for the team to grow big and strong each and every one should know his or her position and be responsible for it that will make a team to have a great progress.
We also played two games and the first one was “walking when our feet tight together” and the second one was “Deliver a magic grass”. These games were giving us the good example of hard is it for the team to progress when having a weakest link in it. When observing at us while playing this kind of games you may think that we were just refreshing but in real life it was a good example that make us to be more focused and more responsible about our position so that the team will not lose its progression because of our irresponsible or because we lost the focused.
This games were also teaching us that in order to reach our goal we should maintain a good relationship between our selves and we should also be the team that is well balanced because if the team is not balance it lose its vision and its mission so this was teaching us that we should always pick up our weakest link in the team because if we could just leave it and say it is some one s’ responsibility the team will go nowhere and that will be the first down fall of the team.

PEER EDUCATOR-WEEKLY gathering 04-09-07

We had a wonderful weekly gathering as usual and God has really blessed us because the attendance was not that poor। It was a great privilege day because we have learned few important things that will really benefit us in the living days of our lives.

First we stated our day by playing one game called deliver a life. This game was teaching us to know our personal character and also to be able to manage each and every situation /problems that we come across.
Secondly we discussed about the best way of how we should play the movies। We were balancing the advantage and the disadvantage that they normally meet when playing the movie। But we thank God because we have trusted Him to be the answer and the solution to our challenges because He has said in his word that nock and the door will be open for you, ask and you will be given?so we have ask Him to give us the wisdom to can defeat our disadvantage and we manage to reach the solution and we really hope that is going to work.

Gathering at Suswe school
This was the most amazing day that I ever had in my life. It was on the 05 September 07 at Mabula village. We had a few sessions with the school teacher and the principal teaching them some few games to can teach their student in the school.
I personal have experience lot of things from the teaching and also from the teachers. I had learn that a person is never old to learn and the only thing that someone need in order to achieve is a passion to reach his /her heart desire because in most cases we wish but never get our wish and we end up loosing hope or throwing in the towel.
The way the teacher we so committed and serious even though the games we little bit harder for them because of their ages and their weight but they were trying very hard to do well and this taught me that we can try and fail but we must never fail to try no matter how hard the situation may be we must never give up.
I think that in future when we as the peer educators when we had some campaign we should invite one of these teachers to can motivate the youth and the adult that you can be young or old is never too late or too early to learn something new in your life।

Computer service Volunteers training 14.08.2007
Computer Training Project at Given Mangolo Primary School which is already running for four months with 10 learners has been visited by Mr.James and his two colleagues on 16th August 2007 at Kadichuene village. We found the learners busy learning during lunch time.
We had a chance to ask them some question concerning their training and also to listen to their suggestion and their experience during this whole four months of training.
Their respond was exciting and interesting to listen because they are willing to teach other student after finishing this study.
They are also willing to do it for free without being paid.
Their next move is to go and study further in order to increase their knowledge and to have qualification to can apply for better job.
Their future plan is to see themselves working with a computer, sitting in their own office bring order and other people following.
Their biggest wish for this project is to see it having its own place were people go and register for training, creating jobs for former student to be teachers for computer. They also want to see it been registered with the Department of Education so that it can produce qualified certificate to the student.

Peer educater training 20.08.2007
The Peer Educator was gathered at Mabula for their weekly activity / gathering .The host was Mr. James who was responsible for the games and also for the whole program in general. We have played the” traffic jam” game that helps us to can see and to can select Peer Educator according to what they can perform very well.
Yesterday was a great privilege day because the game had help us to can take one step forward .We have manage to select four Peer Educator that will be responsible for managing the movies and to create small business that will help the project with some income to reduce much difficulty when coming to finance.
We also reach the solution concerning the problems that they come across when showing the movies and have decided to split in to different groups for, arts and culture, sports and for school programs. But this is going to happen after knowing that who will be suitable for this and for that .We really hope that God will helps us to reach our goal and our needs because He has promise not to leave us nor forsake us.

Also is an experience education
PE(Peer educators) project manager MR. China(China) arrangement the PE member to Mapula village hold One day activity on 10th August 2007.It’s very good experience for all PE youth.
I thank it’s one type of learning by experience way and also will help them for future training.
That also is good action because we like training up their team ship stands (Lyden’s youth went to Mapula hold activity just like a expedition action.)
Even they were not finish PE training courses but I didn’t stop it!
At my side, we provided PC and transport to make sure all children can safety back to home before Sunset and remind China must have introspection meeting with PE when they still keeping fresh memory.
That activity was like my thought earlier. It’s terrible day!
Lack of at tendency; Media equipment out of order; Program delay…Act. Suppose finished at 4:00pm but delay to 6:00pm.What ever, Children went back on safety.

南非趣聞-借錢
我們的工人很愛借錢,想盡辦法及各種理由借錢,然後又沒能力還~
借去幹麻呢?...吃喝了,買奢侈品了!
還有債信能力時,他們去外面借高利貸(月息高達30%),然後再讓債務處理公司依法每月從他們薪水扣。
經常是借R200,然後還要每月還200連續還上1~2年。
剛來時,聽到他們說家裡死了兄弟,父母要借錢;沒錢買糧快餓死了;小孩生病…
心疼就借了..,事後常是有去無回。
哪知~原來他們的關係很亂,稱得上父母的少說就有3~4個,
稱的上親手足的少說也有好幾個,至於小孩是幾個也說不清。
(為什麼會這樣呢?...說來話長!)
他們看我們是外國人一定有錢,就來借!若不借他,反倒生氣,有的甚至就不來上班了~
因此就產生了個歪理~~怪現象~~
我們的白人會計說：與其讓他們被外面高利貸剝削,不如我來借他們收月息20％,幫幫他們。
我當然反對啦！還跟她曉以大義一番....結果禁了一陣子＞＞
大家把她當菩薩供免費幫她洗車搬東西…
我則變成是大惡人，因為我不借他們錢而且還禁止會計借他們錢。
日子久了，明的是禁了！暗地裡她還是繼續借，必竟市場有需求就有供應啊~
….
剛來那幾年看幾個很忠心的工人,被高利貸追的可憐,借他們錢把債清了,好讓他們專心工作!
結果呢!搞到我的薪水八成都借給他們,然後自己苦哈哈的!
而他們呢?~~舉債更多了,我不繼續幫忙還就跑了呢!....>_<
~
今天發生的事也是這樣，話說我們一個員工意外身亡，大伙要去參加喪禮…
ㄟ！就有人出點子了，要借錢包奠禮,借多少呢?R100—從月底薪水扣!...乍聽之下有理ㄚ!
錯!錯!錯!...
首先要了解他們的文化喔!他們的奠禮通常是R10~R20,
所以這祇是藉口,主要的用途是吃喝去了。
所以要借錢包奠禮,我當然沒反對呀!
我說直接來找我,結果沒人敢來,拖了幾天一群人終於委託人事官來找我談..
我說:來!來!來!要借的來簽名,我統一包一包,當天親自幫你們轉達家屬!..
他們一聽詭計被識破了,這下連要去參加喪禮的意願都闌珊了,就更別說要借錢了,連R20都沒人來借….。
~~
當然不是每次都能識破詭計;有時還是恍神心軟借了…
所以真要感謝上帝這次給我們敏銳的心思識破詭計!
更求主讓我有智慧跟耐心來敎他們脫離這樣的壞習慣。
